The worst bedside manners of any Dr. I ever met. Talking to me about my heart while reading the morning paper, and then repeating something completely different from what was said. Not only that, his staff is the rudest, unfriendly, cut u off while u r talking kind of staff. Avoid!
I first started seeing Dr. Gavini at the clinic. His care was great. I see him at his private practice that my insurance covers. His office staff are so kind, something you don't see to much these day's. I highly recommend Dr.Frank Gavini
Staff is terrible, forget to get authorization, won't return calls, liked the Doc although he got pissed when I asked about a new treatment. Have to find another doctor.
Dr Gavini saved my life and I'll always be grateful for that. He's always caring when I come for checkups or procedures and remembers my kids and our work with guide dogs for the blind and where I work. He asks every time how they are doing and how I am. To me that is a great bed side manner and care for his patients. And his staff have always been caring and helpful. I can't say enough that can describe my appreciation for Dr. Gavini and his staff.
Prescribed a beta blocker for blood pressure medication knowing patient's heart rate is already on the 50s. Also, the staff are not pleasant. Will not go back to this office.
