READ... THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME!
Regardless, i am fed up and filing a complaint this time!
Dr. Reznik was very caring and compassionate when my mother was diagnosed with cancer. He gave great care and answered all of our questions. I felt that he genuinely cared.
everytime i call when my daughter is sick, the nurses at this office treat you like crap on the phone IF THEY ANSWER THE PHONE WHICH IS RARE. . they act as if they are better than you and that is if you get a live person.Normally you get a voice mail and no one calls you back.Dr Reznik doesn't take responsibility, saying it is not HIS staff but the adventist health's staff. yet he is THE DOCTOR and these garden tools ARE answering the phone for him!!!!
