LOVED Dr. Sahasranam!!! His care is amazing. Cannot continue with him because his office staff is bad --- extremely bad! Calls not answered -- calls not returned -- labs not faxed. I actually was standing at the counter when the receptionist picked up the receiver of a ringing phone -- and hung it right up. I will miss him.
I am pharmacy student and I will be doctor of pharmacy next year. I have been Dr. Sahasranam's patient for about one year. He is very knowledgeable physician. He listens to patient carefully and spends enough time with every patient. His diagnose is excellent. He is very professional meantime very friendly. I recommend him to every individual that is looking for a good endocrinologist. I give him 6 stars instead of 5 stars!!!
The Doc is good however wait times are rediculous due to everyone “double booking”. I feel like my time isn’t being respected and the receptionist is rude and never answers the phone or returns phone calls. No appointment confirmations. Many time my blood orders never got sent to the clinic and well; good look getting the office to return your call let alone do their job. My delema was voiced however it was met with ambiguous answers. I will be switching doctors to Fresno. This is bad practice!
First visit went extremely well. Wait time was reasonable. Office staff was fast and efficient, friendly and non-aggressive. The doctor didn't waste anytime to get to the point.
I Love Dr. Prem Sahasranam and his staff. Everyone is very professional, always on beat and on top of things! I couldn't ask for a better provider. There is no doctor like Dr. Sahas. I would never change providers. Doctor Sahas is for his patience and I love the way he treats me, he knows what I need and is always generous and helpful, very well educated and presents himself very well.
