Worst service ever, just a bunch of little kids in there that have no idea what the hell they are doing. It's honestly like recess time in there. Went in there to get help with my phone and none of them had a clue on what was wrong with it nor did they even try to fix it just to sell me a new phone and when I declined they tried to sell me a tablet. I seriously hate going in there it's the worst service I ever experienced in my life.
Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Hanford location to purchase my new phone and accessories, the staff was very friendly, they showed a great amount of knowledge of their products, and made my visit very simple.
Got assisted almost immediately, as well as a positive vibe.
T-Mobile it's by far the best service on cellphones! Keep up the good works
