I have to say my experience here was great. Everyone I encountered was well versed on their products and plans. I went there to have my phone fixed, and walked out with 2 new phones. My bill only went up $2 a month. I want to thank everyone in the store for helping me then, and for continuing to help me when I have questions about my phone and apps. Total opposite Mark. Heather was rude and refused to give me options to fix my phone's screen just pay tge deductible or pay the full price to replace your phone. And proceed to tell me if i went somewhere else to fix the screen they wouldnt except it back and charge me a restocking fee for full price of the phone.
A number of years ago, the Sprint location in Visalia began having issues and caused me to look elsewhere only to discover a hidden gem in my hometown of Hanford.
The move to this Sprint location solved all of my issues and it was a welcome change.

As an ex-verizon (corporate account with very satisfactory discounts but the overall services were in the you know what) & at&t dissatisfied customer experience and not sure why they are still in business.
I have never had and issue. Moreover, the Store Manager Heather is a true professional as is her staff I have encountered over the years and in estimation the reason for my loyalty.
However, this was not a company store but run by an independant firm and immediately I noticed the interactive quality of customer service was superior to the company store.
Info given not very accurate waited for a while and service lacked and not to friendly as one would think when there working on commission sales. Not very informed on the information on there devices.
