Unprofessional workers. Say they are going to call you back but never do. I paid off my furniture they still came by my house saying i didn't pay it then called my work without calling me first. If you need anything done right go to the manager or no one at all. Im going to aarons they are cheaper anyways.
They are always late icking up or delivering they say between 4 and 7 and get here around 10 or 11. I have switched to aarons sales and lease they are less expensive and they have better quality. They have lower interest rates as well at aarons. Aarons is a no credit nessesary and is just like rent a center only cheaper better and stuff is new not used.Rent a center doesnt call when they say they will. They wont call to let you know they are late either not recommended. Go thru Aarons.
