It's bad when you do because you have to. I'm not being sarcastic, almost every other visit is an issue, the picture was the last. That was old chicken microwaved too long and was more jerky then shredded chicken. I don't know what is holding Hanford back from having a legitimate restaurant, but for good sake PLEASE!!!
Service was so slow, and then had to remind them several times about food and drinks they hadn't brought... Food so mediocre
We got together for a birthday, great experience. JoJo our waitress... she rocks! Homeless lady came in minding her own business, management called the cops. We bought her a burger and she was asked to leave. Kinda sad, but we had a great night. Thanks JoJo! Hope you enjoyed your burger lady.

Excellent CUSTOMER Service. If at all you feel intimated to reorder your food and or request a change don't feel that way here. They are more than willing to accommodate the customers with a smile. Managers are great at following up. Overall awesome! Especially, during the week lunch hour.
