It wasn't until after I had gotten my good that I saw the "manager special" sign stating that all root beer floats were the same price.
I've been to this A&W a few times over the past year. Long enough to forget that every single freaking time I've come here the Root Beer is FLAT!!!! This time, I remembered and asked the guy at the counter before ordering, "Is your root beer flat still?" He happily assured me it was not and so I ordered. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that this issue has finally been fixed since I complained 4 months ago. Nope!! Got my order and left to meet my group, put the straw in and handed it off to my lunch mate and she says, "Yuck! This root beer is flat!" I tried a sip, and yes, its totally flat. Seriously, A&W??? Seriously?? Fix your carbonation or teach your employees to hook it up properly!!! This is ridiculous! This is your signiture item! You are representing A&W Root Beer and you can't even get that right!!
Got my order wrong. Drove back to the mall to get correct burger. Second burger. My bread fell apart, no sauce and the kid was rude. Waste gas,time and money!

She couldn't have mentioned the special when I was ordering? Or offered to replace it with a larger one once I pointed it out? Either of those things would have made this a 5 star review.
This place needs to change their work environment.
So i asked the cashier about it, And this chick, her name was Floor, (and I only mention her name because she was so very rude) sighs and goes "yeah" I asked why she didn't mention it when I ordered and she just points at the sign and in a very snotty time of voice says "the sign is right there.
I go over, order my good like normal, got me a root beer float. I got a small cause I didn't want to spend a lot of money.
