This place does not get a star from me we bought two beds from these people and one of the box springs came damaged I called to tell them and the lady said she would get back to me and this was months ago . Still nothing and we paid cash fir everything. This place sucks!
We ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs in early January and we were told that it would be in about 2 weeks. Feb rolls around, no calls at all. We call them and they tell us that's it ha snot arrived yet and it should be in a few more days. Nothing in March no calls. Every time we call they ask us our name, contact number and they will get back to us. They NEVER call back. April rolls around and we were told that it would be delivered by 5PM. It arrives 8PM and my kids are sleep. The table and chairs arrive in the back of a pick up truck with no padding except on the glass part of the table. As we were examining the table we noticed that the upper edge of the table was frayed and a chunk was missing from the bottom. We took pics and visited the store. After some eye rollings they told us we can trade ours for the store display model which had varnish that wasn't on all the way near the bottom. A few days ago we were told that the table would be delivered between 11 and 4. We got a call at 1PM and they told us that when they opened the box they found a chunk missing from this one too. We asked for a full refund and they told us that they do not do refunds just exchanges.....May 24th...they told us that they will get us a replacement and deliver on May 28th....after 4-6PM...unfortunately the last time they said that it arrived after 8pm and we had plans that weekend so we said no for that date. Then they asked if Saturday 29th was OK...like I said a weekend plan, in which we would be gone until Sunday night so we said no to that also. They keep promising us delivery but they never show up or do not show up on time so we are not willing to give up our weekends. I usually work weekends and this is one of the few that I have off at the same time with my school age daughter. They then promised us a delivery on Memorial Day, May 31 between 4-6PM.....it's now 8:58PM on May 31st..no show....

we ordered a beautiful couch and was promised delivery the next 5 days as the 5th day was here they rushed to my home and brought me a nice beautiful couch as i seen on the catalog! ive been to many different furniture stores and by far this is the best one ive been to! they have great furniture, great service, and most of all fantastic employes. they not only give you a smile on your face but they are very comfortable dealers and make you feel very welcomed, anyone who says different is lieing. and if you actually believe those people then you should go yourself and i will prove to you that they just give bad comments because they are nothing like that! if i ever recommend furniture i would definitly recommend the fantastic furniture! thank you.
I ordered a bed set, they told me it was going to arrive in two weeks, tow weeks pass by and nothing, I called then on a Monday and gave excuses about furnitures coming from different companies so they won't get then till Friday. Friday I called and supposedly they received everything then it was going to be delivery on Saturday around noon, didn't get my bed till almost 9, so mirror was broken so taking at least to get it if not more, then they forgot the night stands in the warehouse so I'll get them by Monday, so today Monday I called the store and now they telling me that they didn't order the night stands, wow what a nightmare with this people, absolutely I'll never buy anything from this store. Customer get promise one thing when the reality is all about selling without caring the customer. I'm about to make my first payment and haven't get my full set. What should I do?.
