Horrible customer service from these ppl.... The only good thing I have to say about the Aaron's in Hanford is the delivery guy Michael!! He was super nice and professional and even showed us how to fully use our new sofas.... However they were used and within a few days we noticed BEDBUGS!!! we called and left messages (the first few calls obviously were late at night since that's when those little suckers come out of hiding) then when we finally got ahold of an actual employee they denied any fault saying we must have had them already! Little did they know we had just moved into a new apartment and had NO LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AT ALL!! Hence the reason for purchasing these sofas... We had to hire a professional to come out & spray our entire house twice which costed us $300 I'll never return to this place
I had business with Rent a center in Hanford Ca and went over to Aaron's down the street they have better selection and deals. Delivery was fast. The delivery Guys Sal & Julian are great and explained how the streamSmart and Tv worked. I refer those guys to other customers for deliveries
The service is awesome. I was in & out quick found what i wanted & it was delivered quick. The delivery person Mike was very nice & professional he got our washer & dryer set up & made sure we knew how to use them. Over all great service I highly recommend Aarons to everyone.
