Worse company ever! They have disgusting attitudes all of them do specially the owner Tami stoll. And i am speaking by experience when talking to them. They are so careless and money hungry. They do not care about the status of your house. If your house has something wrong, they will only fix it at their convenient. They really do suck, i would ask them multiple times to get my place fix whenever something went wrong and they never did anything about it. They are over charging me and till this day I don't know why even when trying to add up all the receipts. Even if i was behind it would not have been the amount they are charging me with. be careful i do not recommend them. Literally I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I was living my place for bout 4 years and every time I would fall behind i would always pay more the month after. And the one time I got behind on payment I owe more than what im supposed to ? This company should be your last choice to chose from trust me or you will end up in court fighting a case.
IF YOUR LUCKY TO DEAL WITH STRATUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BE A GOOD TENANT AND THEY WILL BE GOOD TO YOU. i had been complaining to the other 3 property managers about my kitchen sink and when stratus got our property i got my problem fixed a week after they seen the problem :) I'm so happy i got a new garbage disposal in my sink as well. they spare no expense when it comes to keeping there good tenants happy. Keep up all the good work! mark my work STRATUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT have astonished me with there ways of management they are about to give property management a new name and face.
I love them. I had 3 other property managers and STRATUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT are the only ones who have actually bothered to come and see and fix the problems. They respect good tenants and I am more than happy to have the honor of calling Stratus my managers! (Our last managers were HOMES FOR RENT and they were horrible they didn't bother to manage anything they only listened to us when we had the rent for the month)
I am not a tenant because I refuse to rent from scum. But my sister fell for the bs and rented from them. They were suppose to replace the windows shortly after my sister moved in but never did. Eventually someone robbed my sister. And these lying bastards will attempt to cover it up and lie about the situation because they were at fault for not providing functional locking windows.
Have been with them for almost a year all the girls are all very sweet when I have needed anything there always on top of things and get fixed
If I need to write about Stratus I will have to stay here for a long time. And my time is worth. Going straight to the point, to manage a property is not only receiving the rent. Tami Stoll is the owner of this company. She definitely is in the wrong business! The last two tenants were a complete disaster. Stratus is a money eater. That's for what they care about.
