Highly recommend AGAINST using Help-U-Sell for your real estate needs. Was given the same advice from a friend but thought I would try this realtor just the same. Communication was very poor to the point of no communication. Also found that agent had lied about completing processes that were in fact never done. Just like my friend had told me, I now tell you. STAY AWAY. In the end cost me months and months of time and thousands of dollars lost.
Unprofessional behavior from the owner herself, no return phone calls and nothing but broken promises from her. I would recommend avoiding this company
Never return calls or emails
well i called and talked to a lady gave her my address and she said she would call me back in the afternoon...that never happened so i called her back and left a message...next day i called twice and left a message and still nothing...today i tried to call her and still nothing so i give up...she is not very professional ...I was trying to save a few $$$ so i can put a better down payment on my next house
The most unprofessional real estate agent I have ever encountered, With a mouth that would make a sailor blush! Shame on you!
