Good sandwiches with fresh ingredients; what's not to like?
Poor Customer Service. A simple thank you is rare. After my 3rd visit, I will no longer stop by.
It's an okay sandwich place but the staff seemed a bit out of it the day I visited. The girl at the register couldn't hear what I was asking for and she asked me to repeat 3 times. The guy making the sandwiches was slicing the meat and didn't clean the slicer in between meat or cheeses.(Possible future health hazard) I understand the motto is freshly cut and freshly made for places like this, however, safety is more important. The sandwich in the end was rather soggy and flimsy once I sat down to eat it. The lettuce was over done and the mayo-mustard mix sauce was excessive. Aside from this, it was simply an okay place to eat.
Great sandwiches, polite employees, clean facility. The only thing that makes it even better are the brownies! Those things are delicious! Sometimes you get a newbie who skimps on the toppings like they are rationing it out during a supply crisis but just ask for a little more lettuce, tomato, etc and they'll adjust it. I always feel bad when ordering for my spouse because they're hand gets tired from trying to shake out enough seasonings. I just bought a big bottle and add it myself at home now!
Port of subs is great and I love more than subway. It's a little pricey but well worth it!
