We prefer Thin Crust !
We order 3 pizza at least once a month. We are signed up on there text program and get great deals (ie. 50% off, $4.00 off family size pizza's) , and every Tuesday is double stamp on your card, after it if full your card up you get $10.00 off anything in the store. You can order off the menu or put any topping on, I love the gourmet fennel sausage.
If you value customer service, don't go here.
I visited Papa Murphey's, ordered a pizza, and about 15 minutes later realized my oven was not functional. I called back seeing if I could return the pizza, but they were unwilling on the basis of "them being unable to resell the pizza." I understand it is a business and they have to make a profit. What I don't understand is why they were stubborn and unwilling to offer me a refund or at least store credit. They prioritized $15 over making a customer happy and a repeat customer, which is a bad business practice and bad customer service.
they have really good pizza, good prices & the Pan pizza is the BEST, its not greasy like other pan pizzas form other places
I have yet to return again. (If I could, I would have given them 0 stars.)
