My wife and I just moved to the area and we needed a bed to sleep on. So we searched around and came up empty we saw a Sleep Train around the corner from where we live and decided to give it a try as soon as we walked into the store the sales associate was helping us. Phil Herrera answered all of our question showed us the beds and the while nine yards. His professionalism was off the charts I will highly recommend this store to all my friends and family. There is no other store that I would like to do business with again other than Sleep Train in Hanford, California.

I had been to a Sleep Train store about a year ago. My experience was good then too. This time was even better though as my previous purchases were on record. I bought basically the same bed again so I was in and out of the store in no time. And, with the holiday specials, I got an even better price! I will be going to Sleep Train again for any future purchases.
From the moment we walked in we were presented with great customer service. I really like that Phil was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to answered all of our questions! The manager, Andrian, was also very helpful with the close of our sale! We actually had fun shopping here for a mattress. Oh, And Phil even opened and held the door as I left! I love it!
My experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. I dealt strictly with the manager whose primary concern was my comfort and wellbeing.
