Dr Raber is so good to our family and many others
Dr. Rogado is an exellent physician soon to be replacing Dr. Melashanko. Dr. Raber on the other hand is a horrible person and doctor. This is what I have come to believe through my own personal experience.
Awful receptionist named Patty!
Being that all the Drs and urgent care are at this facility, it's wise to expect mixed results. The urgent care wasn't my favorite (too rushed &didn't really listen or take time to explore issues), but Dr. Najla Ahmadzia is AMAZING! She's in high demand (therefore always booked), but she's the best listener, really cares about patients, and addresses problems holistically! Definitely a great doctor!
The front office staff was alright but the blond nurse who called me back at Dr Raber ' s office was bitchy- doesn't even greet you and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my shoulder pain. Her whole attitude stunk and my daughter noticed it to with other patients. Dr. Raber made a quick diagnosis without even examining my arm and sent me off with some meds for nerve damage and I have have to wait for a referral to some neurologist. I've been wanting to change doctors for a long time and this was the last straw.
I had an appointment with Dr. Saha something, i called the receptionist at 930-to ask her whether I had an appointment or not because I never received a confirmation call- she said I did have an appointment, I told her I was an hour away (lived in porterville), asked if I should reschedule or go in. She said, it would be fine. I show up ten minutes late, wait 30 mins in the waiting room, I go up and ask her how long it's going to take and she tells me that there are two people in front of me. I asked her why she didn't tell me to reschedule, she said well because you showed up late, which didn't answer my question. I redirect her again asking her why she didn't tell me to reschedule for another day if it was going to take 2 hours to see the doctor! She just apologized, like that's any help!
