Understaffed, dirty, and staff seems under trained. Never take an infant here as they have no idea what their doing. Go up to valley children's. If your an adult and can wait 4 hours to be misdiagnosed and sent home, this is the place for you.
I was very happy with the service I received at Hanford Community Medical. I know they always get bad reviews, but I was rushed right in. My ER Doctor (Dr. Michael Kirschner) was amazing, kind and very caring. I hope this is a sign of better times for HCMC.
I been to this hospital twice for total knee replacement , I have to say the hospital staff was amazing and helpful, my nurses were very compassionate and caring. I strongly recommend this hospital to anyone, and I also recommend doctor Mai my surgeon for a excellent job on both my knees. Thank u all
they did everything possible to make me comfortable and get me on my way ! Arizona hospitals could use their attitude!
Went in for an emergency, I was visiting from Arizona. the staff was amazing and I could not have asked for a better on call physician.
I wouldn't advise going here. I received a laceration on my right hand which required 20 stitches. I understand that others may have bigger issues then I did, but my hand would not stop bleeding. I waited in the emergency room for approximately 1-2 hours using bathroom tissues to prevent the bleeding, because staff wouldn’t provide (even though it was pretty clear my hand was bleeding). In the midst of the procedure to stitch up my hand, the doctor knocked some of his equipment on the floor and insisted on using it. I told him to get a new set of equipment to prevent bacteria from entering my injury. He still insisted on using the tools and tried to persuade me about how it’s fine to use. I asked him again. After a deep breath of frustration, Instead of getting new tools he used an alternate tool to stitch up my hand. This caused him to rip multiple stitches. He even used his hands to break the remaining stitch. Unnecessary pain. Hell Yeah I reported him.
