On November 8th at 3pm we call Mike "the Business owner" to schedule detailing on my 2017 tacoma and he doesn't answer his phone so we tried at 7pm again and he answered the phone so we tried to go forward with scheduling and he mentioned it's after hours as if he was bothered and he doesn't have his calendar, yet he answers his phone! Finally he gets his calendar and we schedule for two days after which was supposed to be today at 12:30-1pm as he said. Today at 1:10pm I call him asking where is his EAT and he answers with an attitude "I'm on the freeway and can't look at my calendar". I'm like excuse me I have an appointment with you and your late and he tells me "well I'm not gonna make it till 2:30 and if that doesn't work for you we can cancel!"
This place is amazing! They came to my house while i was in bed sick and did everything down to shampooing my car! it was an amazing price as well for all the work they did! :) So if you are looking for a good detailing i'd give them a call!
I asked mike to cancel my appointment as I run a very busy schedule and hang up the phone after telling him that this is unacceptable to waste people's time like this! He calls me back again after 10 minutes starting hustle and telling me I got "too excited" on him and telling me If I don't like it that's the way it is! Very rude and unprofessional and keep in mind if your a women get ready for being talked down to!
Mr Mike this is not the way to run a business and waste people's valuable time when you offer a certain time slot, then yell at them over the phone and talk to them as if your doing them a favor!
Are you kidding me????That's not even the worst of it yet, I got no notice for being late and he talks to me as if he's doing me a favor with no apology of any kind for being late or that he wasn't even gonna let me know that he will run late for another hour if I had never called him!
These guys are the BUISNESS!! Great customer service they are always smiling and working harder that 10 men. Highly recommended #buffthis
Absolutely excellent work, and timely service, my car is nothing particularly special but I wanted it detailed to sell it and they still put in great effort, no cut corners
