I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to get my carwashed. They scratched my car during the wash, acknowledged that they did it, then said maybe they didn't. The woman that handled the front desk wrote up on incident report and told me I would get a call from someone in the morning. Not only did I never recieve a call, I couldn't even get them to answer the phone when I called. I finally went in to talk to someone about it and was given the owners number. I called him and never received a call back. When I went in again they said they haven't seen the owner in months. Needless to say I gave up and they got away with it. I just hope that people read these reviews and not go there!
Rude jackasses!!!!!. Skinny blond is rude and arrogant. I drove through the wash and went to vacuum. She demanded I pay $2 more for using vacuums. All the other driver through washes have free vacs. I put the vacation up and left. I wouldn't go back there if they were the only wash in town.
Got a work truck cleaned and paid the price for it. Interior was hardly wiped down, water spots on the windshield, back seats not vacuumed out. Mirrors were filthy. When I initially walked in there was a customer complaining. When I came back to pick up my truck there was another customer complaint as well. Waste of my money.
This is the absolute worst car wash you could ever come to. Let me start of by saying the workers are absolutley rude. I waited at my car for at least 10 minutes before someone finally came and got my car. They weren't busy , and there were three workers inside sitting down and eating chips. I waited almost an hour for my car , then got upset when I charged more money because my little jeep was considered an SUV. Anyways I paid , left and when I got my car I realized it had two small dents , chipped paint and scratches on the left rear bumper. My car is brand new. I have had it for exactly a week. So I can completely assure you none of that was there. And that was my first time washing the car since I got it. So I called them , finally on my 8th call a lady answered. The one I had dealt with previously. She was completely rude and very un professional. She began to argue and yell at me. Keep in mind I'm only 17 and she sat there just arguing. So my dad and I took the car back she took pictures of it and said there was nothing she could do because it was already there. She then got in my dads face , pointed fingers in his face and yelled. I filled out a claim report and was told I would be called. Worst customer service. I advise anyone to stay away from that car wash.
Terrible service. Brought my car in at 12 to get a wash, didn't leave here until 2:30. Staff on the inside are nice, but as far as the employees outside working on the cars they take their sweet time working on a car that doesn't even come out clean. Highly recommend going anywhere else, even the gas station car wash across the street is better.
