Rented a vehicle for one day actually got a free upgrade so the initial experience was great, car was due back at 6 arrived at 515 & was told shuttle service had ended, me my daughter & her 3 kids had to walk home a 45 min walk! Wish I would have known that ahead of time, I've always chose enterprise now I'm very disappointed
My sales associate was very courteous and informative. Car was great, clean. The associate that gave me a ride home after I returned the car was very nice. Great experience.
First time car renters and we paid more than we needed to. We weren’t informed that insurance was optional. Could have saved a little bit of money if employees were a bit more courteous with details.
These guys are awesome! Very polite and respectful to everyone! They're always busy and they make it so easy to get what you need
Pretty good customer service and they are there when you need them but sometimes you need to wait a bit. It is a decent location with a place to clean the cars.
