The best used car selection in central California. The staff, from business office, to sales, to management, is some of the best in the area. You will be hard pressed to find a better operation in the area, hands down. Another plus is that they are active in the community and really want to take care of the local customers. You can tell that all of these things have contributed to their success.
I'm a repeat customer and would give them my business again. Expedite your sales process if possible.
Had to bring our car in to have the A/C worked on. Bad thing is if you live in Visalia like I do, they do not provide a shuttle service to get you home. Wish I would have know about that before we purchased our car.
Costumer service was off the wall. Alfonzo and Abel were courteous, respectful, and kept our best interest in mind. Alfonzo went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and that our new car was exactly what we needed within our budget. This is our second time buying with dealer, but this experience was definitely the best.
The salesman was friendly, not pushy. He was willing to show us cars we felt comfortable purchasing (price range). However, once we picked a car, it seemed like we were there forever--I've never had a transaction take so long.
I also wish the manager was willing to move on his prices a little.
Edit: Second car I've purchased here. I did a trade in on the previous used car I bought from them and bought a new car. They worked really hard to get everything I wanted into my deal. The process still took a really long time though.
The best and fastest experience I have ever had at a car lot. Everyone listened to what I wanted and then made it happen. Very satisfied customer.
