The customer service was second to none. The sales team stays involved and i never felt like I was just there wasting my time. Wonderful experience, great people. My work Prius put up a warning light when I was far from my office and it would have taken many hours for another car to be towed to me in exchange. Freeway Toyota fixed the tire problem very quickly with no charge. Very nice people there.
Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would. My husband went here to purchase my car before I moved to Hanford. Firstly, I am a sales manager, so I understand mistakes occur. BUT, it's how you handle it afterward that makes all the difference. We got notified by the DMV that our registration was suspended due to Us driving the car without insurance. Of course this raised many questions, as of course we have insurance. Upon investigation, we realized that the paperwork and VIN number of the vehicle we had and the ones given to the DMV did not match. They started the process with one vehicle and half way through then changed to another vehicle. My husband (though I blamed him for not checking) also signed two different sets of paperwork with two separate VIN numbers. We had to go through a painful process to try and get it corrected on our own. Needless to say we brought this to the attention of and spoke with the General Manager Tony whose only offer was to either trade the car which of course is no benefit to Us and more of a benefit to the dealership and dinner on him! No thanks! Not to mention he took no responsibilty for the errors made by their sales department and I am very sure no accountability on the offending party was enforced. As a military family, this dealership was highly recommended to Us. Very disappointed. Pretty sure we will never return here.
Nice waiting area with couches and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available while you wait. Complimentary shuttle service available. Very professional and polite staff, but can take a long time! I dropped my car off at 10:30am for an oil change and basic car detailing. Had to urge them to finish up my oil change and finally got it back at 4:00pm! However, they did discount my car detailing when I asked for compensation.
