Nice but a few homeless in the lobby sleeping and snoring very loud.
Price is ok, if you don't mind being told multiple times for multiple reasons why your train is delayed. Now on the 4th delay notification, debating about getting a refund and driving to Santa Barbara. Feel as if staff is lying about the reasons for the delays, IF get any communication at all.
They are usually delayed but it is a pretty good train station. They have water fountains, restrooms that need a token to use but ask at the register and make sure to always listen or ask when your train is arriving as well as what side.
Hanford Amtrak is always clean the staff at ticket booth are very friendly helpful and pleasant people. thanks for caring
I've always had a good experience here. Modest little station but it gets the job done every time. The staff is also friendly and helpful.
