Who ever answers the phone needs customer service training. She was very rude when I asked questions. Sorry I didn't go to Storage school like you. Taking my business else where.

it's a storage facility, no complaints here.
I don't recommend this place I had to trash a lot of my staff because was full of mouse's poop. The manager make changes and doesn't let you know ahead of time. I went to storage some staff one day and my space had an extra lack I was not able to do that I went to the office and she inform me of the changes that she had made. I don't recommended.
