Great customer service! They even special order an injectable I prefer, over the one they usually carry for clients. They are very responsive to requests and opinions.
I have received excellent customer services from the staff at Essenza Medi-Spa. I will continue to use their services.
I went in to this place asking if they are by appointment only or if they take walk ins. I didn't get a straight answer. I asked about getting a body wrap and massage. The receptionist said she had to call the massage therapist on the phone and see if she was available. She wasn't. I asked to get the wrap and they said they had an event going on in the evening that they were setting up for - I was in there at 9 am. So I left. I really wanted the body wrap service they put on their website though so I called back to make an appointment. The lady said they don't provide that service. I told her it was on the website and she acted like it wasn't a big deal that they are advertising services that they don't even do! Forget this place. Horrible customer service in my opinion.
