I tried applying for residency and the Manager said I made enough money and would be qualified, I then turn in the application and get a call from her saying I don't make enough. She says I can get a co-applicant or a roommate and use their income to boost mine, so I get a friend and have them fill out the paperwork and turn it in but apparently I was already denied residency and once you're denied you're always the denied. In short this manager in this park screwed me up and waste in a month of my time!!!!!! Beware if you apply for residency here she may mess up your paperwork and double check the qualifications before you apply.
