I've so many fond memories, with family, and friends!.
Although, I haven't been involved enough, with the City, helping with,, or donating enough ,for activities etc. , to really have much of a say, about what might happen to our Peaceful, "Hidden Valley" Park!
Tons of things to do here, beautiful for just walks or to bring the little ones or even pets with the Dog park our waking around the large open fields
(I moved to the Bay Area for many years, until, family needing help, that brought me back to Hanford ),
It's been here since I can remember. Great place for family parties, BBQs, picture taking and playing in the playground. Also, feeding the ducks is pretty fun to do with the kids.
This park is well kept up but a lot of homeless people hanging out. They never bother you yet it makes the park slightly uncomfortable when there are young children running around. There is a splash pad in the hotter months, a duck pond and beach volley ball courts. There are places (picnic tables with awnings) to rent for parties and various functions.
I do have a personal opinion, with what goes on with This particular Park, in Hanford CA.. [ I'm not sure, how many "Parks" we have now, presently]
Some friends, I've found out, in the past 10yrs. or so, after moving back
