My agent sends me letters that they heard I had a change of employment and I no longer work for my previous employer. That's because I don't work for that employer anymore. I've already updated my employment status with child support a year ago. In fact, they have been taking out my child support automatically for a year now from my new employer. My agent also states that they haven't received my child support in the past 2 months. I already had a conversation on why July wasn't paid and August was automatically withdrawn. I feel that this agent is wasting tax payers money by not doing her job correctly. I don't know why she is behind on my status of my account. I feel I have the conversation over and over with this agent. She also is not very friendly to talk to. Get it together Kings County Child Support Services.
