My carpet is five years old and It was noticeably dirtier in high traffic areas as well as some spots here and there from my baby's sippie cups. Shawn came in cleaned it up real good. It almost looks like the first day we got it. I also like his professional attitude as he called ahead of our appointment to notify me of a slight delay in his schedule. I will definitely call him up again in a few months for another cleaning.
