Went in to see a specialist, Dr. Wong. My mother has had problems with dizziness and headaches for 6 years and we've been to different neurologist, they recommended that it's time we go to an ENT, Dr. Wong. Neurologist point towards meniere's disease, we discussed it with Dr. Wong, he was extremely rude. He said that the reason the dizziness and headaches occur is because she is a bit overweight and we had 2 options to go to a physical therapist and have her do excersises or to not do anything at all. I confronted him on his attitude and asked him why was he so rude at us, shutting our discussion down, talking over is, no patience. His response was "you can leave now", I didn't leave and ended up being threatened to get kicked out. My advice, do not go here, the staff is friendly, it's very clean, really nice, but Dr. Wong, definitely shouldn't be working here.
This is the place to go if you like them yelling out loud your name at the top of their lungs and waiting over 2 hours to see the Doctor. Glad I'm not a patient.

Nice receptionists in a nice, clean facility, albeit with an odd location. The problem I had was Dr. Wong. I understand the patients were piling up but he seemed rushed and was rather rude. I came in for a swollen node under my jaw but he didn't even feel with his hands. This threw me off because he's a specialist. How was he supposed to properly diagnose me? I was rushed off before I could say anything. I wasn't looking to start an argument anyway.
