I have been shopping here for a good while now, wont be going back. The staff have steadily been going down hill in attention to detail and seemingly just dont care. We ordered a bed online and were left short on information for a shipping date. We went to the Lacey Blvd Location to get some assistance. First thing, 5 people standing behind the counter, whole group runs for the hills as soon as we get there. Edeninia (spelling?) must have drawn the short straw. She had the biggest attitude about helping us with our order. She was curt, rude, and kept cutting us off while speaking. We left the store with no other info and in a pretty bad way. We called customer service instead. Wouldn't you know it! Our bed was already delivered to the store and was slated for delivery this coming Monday. The gentleman on the phone apologized for the lack of assistance from the staff. He told us they could have easily done the same thing he had if they were so inclined. I've spent about 5 grand at this store since March of this year. We go here for all our home improvements. Workbench, tools, fire pit, outdoor table, bed, bbq pit, grass seed, sprinklers, and so on. Wont spend another dime with them now. Whoever runs this place, you need to crack down on this. People expect more out of a brick and mortar location. Why bother coming here when the service and attitude is better on the app?
It seems that the staff in this establishment are disengaged with the job that they are paid to do. No one acknowledged us with our return. As we walked the store I counted six employees standing around being unproductive. The manager here has no standard set in place. The floors are dirty, cobwebs in the corner. The only engagement we had was with the cashier. She came off as diluted and completely indifferent. Only saying three words to us. Unfortunately this is one of the few hardware stores close to our household or else I'd venture off to a different business.
The best Lowe's of them all! Great customer service! Garrett is a fantastic manager.
No custmer service no one was around to help lots of ppl waiting to be helped employees to busy not doin nothing wth
I love Lowes as much as I love to be in a store with shoes and clothes, I love to be at this store. Always looking at good deals and a new DIY project. Friendly staff, never had an issue with it. And well organized and clean store.
