I walked in at approximately 5:45 PM and was greeted with a "hi". No staff member took down my name or anything and merely told me that it would "be a minute". Thinking "no problem", I sat down. As I sat there, the two girls working there focused on one customer who was receiving a hair cut (basically, one girl cut while the other watched and talked casually). The phone rang at approximately 5:55 and one of the girls answered, took down the name of a client and hung up. I continued to sit there until 6:08 when a client, presumably the client who called at 5:55, walked in. The girl who was involved in the casual conversation with her co-worker walked up to the cash register, looked up the client's name, and then proceeded to say "right this way" as she sat him down and began to cut his hair. At that point, after having sat there for 23 minutes being completely ignored, I decided to get up and leave. Very very poor customer service.

HORRIBLE!!!! I wouldn't even give this place one star... Sign says they close at 6pm on Sundays however you can show up at 5pm and they are turning customers away saying "Sorry guys WE are done for the night" with a rude attitude. NEVER again will I step foot in this place.
