Fantastic, customer service driven company. They followed through with our very complicated schedule and order. Very impressed. We use them again.
I called to order chairs to rent for my daughter's birthday party 2 days in advance. I was told they wouldn't deliver them and I'd have to pick them up so I drove all the way out there at 730 in the morning and NOBODY was there and they would not answer the phone or messages. I luckily found another company in time, very friendly guy at damiriz rentals helped to pick up SBBC slack. I will never even attempt to rent from here again.
Bad service. I wanted a bounce house for 3:30 to 7 the owner said that was fine. A different guy came to drop it off, before signing off on it he states that I said pickup at 6. I said no it's at 7. So he said that's fine. Well my misatake for not making them change it on paper. Later as time passes they show up at 6 for the bounce house. Way sooner than expected. Told them it's not until 7. So they go back to the car to wait. Come back at 6:45 stating that the owner said 6:30 is the latest they pick up, and that they have it on paper lol.. which that was never mentioned to me. Overall bad experience. Felt very rushed for them to come pick up. Never again.
Sammy has built up a great selection and prices. My church did an event using them and everyone had a great time. Thank you Sammy!
