Judge Jennifer Juliani did not allow me or my mother to speak before making a ruling on my children's disposition hearing. She sent an attorney outside to tell us in front of several witnesses that we were not allowed to speak. If she had allowed us to speak or provide evidence she would have known that my son was taken into foster care because a young Black male officer and a young Mexican male officer had stolen money out of my purse, taken my baby, and thrown me in jail on false charges that were ALREADY DISMISSED. She would have also known that I had multiple mental health evaluations that ALL said I do not have a serious mental health issue. Those guys said I was crazy because they robbed me and basically kidnapped my child. In 2 days from now I am expected to show up in court to be permanently stripped of my parental rights and possibly sent to jail on false charges that are the result of stalking and harassment. This almost seems like being crucified by country villagers in celebration of Easter. I have always been a law abiding citizen and I am a former teacher in POSITIVE programs back East like IPEC. I'm horrified. I just wanted to hop on a plane to fly home to my mother with my 3 children but we still have not been released. I now have a potentially life threatening health issue that needs treatment.

Good luck sitting on the phone for 45 min. Well funded enough to give me a ticket, charge me on their time whatever they please, and have me walk in on their time, but when I call on my LUNCH break.... no answer for 45 min. Then the computer's down.
Wish I had an excuse, paid for by tax dollars, for not having to fulfill my obligations. Pull out some paper and pens, there weren't always computers you know. I hope I'm not fined by time they get their act together to process me.
Their website is not working properly. You are forced to try to phone in. After a series of prompts, ( I've called at least 6 times so far) not even a voice mail for the traffic division, it rings and rings and then just hangs up. We should demand more from our public servants. I wonder if this falls under the right to a fair and speedy trial clause? I was just going to pay the fine and move on but now I think I want my day in court.
Don't bother calling lazyass scumbags don't answer & website don't work half the time. Corruption rules in this place. Thsts how they make money speeding tickets & violation & make it impossible for you to get information so you give up and just pay it. Worthless POS.
Speeding and other traffic violations is one of the main revenue streams for this count and this court is not only corrupt, attempting to makes it as difficult as possible to work with them, but they are simply incompetent and commit rampant errors on a consistent basis.
