My mother and family is buried here but I had a recent bad experience with reception. The receptionist that goes by the name "Tanna" or something starting with a T answered the phone to which I had a question, she said she would call me back taking my number and never did. Call the second time after a couple of hours let her know I called before and it sounded like a clear hang up on my face. Called again hoping it was a simple disconnect and she had this little sassy attitude to her voice but professionally. What is everyone's problem today especially on a day like this for me.
