Two stars because they do price-matching. Otherwise based on speed of service I would have rated them with one star. They took double the time they said they would, although it wasn’t very busy.
I have a car that apparently requires a special oil filter. I called ahead to insure it was there before bringing my car in and dropping it off. Hours later I was informed they didn't have it and to try again the next day. This was my second time having the same experience. The employees need a bit of instruction on not letting this happen again. The assistant manager however, did make things right after I spoke to him. I was able to get my oil changed and ended up leaving satisfied overall.
Took 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment so yeah don’t recommend this place at all .. customer service was good, it wasn’t there fault they shouldn’t promise anything pretty much
