My good friend bought a beach cruiser from Fultons, so he brought me in and I immediately found one I liked. Unfortunately, it was already sold. Darren ordered another one and even called me up to tell me he was holding it for me. I came back in and picked out all the accessories I wanted, took off for a doctors appointment and came back to everything installed exactly the way I wanted. Great selection with outstanding customer service. Staff is professional and courteous. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
They do excellent work at great prices, are friendly and knowledgeable, and never take advantage of those new to cycling or are mechanically inept like myself! I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. They keep my Public V1 and my son's Public Sprout C1 in great shape.
I wouldn't even give this place a STAR! Their so called customer service sucks. When you do get help be prepared for that to stop once someone else comes through their door. The proper way to handle it would of been to greet them and to tell the next person is to tell them that you'll be with them as soon as you can. I sure hope they learn from this.

I've known Darren since Fulton Cycles Works was a small start up next to a coffee shop on the Fulton Mall in downtown Fresno. I had no real experience in cycling even though it was my only transportation at the time. Darren was SO helpful and he selflessly guided me into what I now enjoy as a daily activity. He helped me with a used frame that he had in the shop, he would give me advice on wheels and tires for my particular commuting needs and still remains a very important source of cycling information and a friend to me. I would DEFINITELY recommend Fulton Cycle Works and it's crew for any and all of your recreation and professional cycling needs.
