Couldn't believe the customer service. I walked in and because salons don't always have many workers available on hand I waited patiently. I sat down in the lobby area for 5min and watched one woman walk past me without acknowledging me. Then another! No eye contact. No hello. Or I will be right with you. Then another customer came in and was acknowledged within several minutes and was sitting right next to me. Well, still no hello or eye glance in my direction whatsoever. After that customer service I up and left and headed across the street to 7th where Panache Hair Designs is and had a much more pleasant experience.
