A: In the time it's taken me to write this brief review, I still haven't been able to find out the hours at my local branch.
Q: How jacked up is this bank?
The phone number listed sends you immediately to the phone tree from Hell. This wouldn't be so be so frustrating except the customer service geniuses at BofA assume that anyone calling the number must be an account holder and that d-----d thing won't yield any information without you supply a valid account number or social security number.
May their senior V.P. of marketing be among the first to be stood up against the wall when the revolution comes!
Be prepared to bring lunch or snacks with you while you wait.
This is the slowest bank branch on planet earth... consistent wait times over 30-45min... Utterly unacceptable. Mention the poor service and laugh at all their excuses. I've been here at least once a month over the past 10 months. It's been abysmal every time. Avoid this place if at all possible. Rabobank here I come!
You can have 2 people in the back on a computer with a line out the door prolonging the experience. Unacceptable
