Recently visited the Hanford location and was excited to see the almond milk option for lattes. I am extremely allergic and intolerant to milk, but my kids love it there. It took 10-15 minutes for my drink to come up (ordered a latte with vanilla, sub almond milk). When it did come up I tasted it and it was extremely sweet and did not have the nutty after taste of almond milk. I was concerned that it may of been made with the wrong milk by mistake. I inquired and was reassured that it indeed have almond milk and not cow milk. I drank my latte and after became extremely ill including rash/hives, intestinal pain, and frequent restroom visits. The latte had cow milk. I will not be going back and am so upset by the lack of awareness or care for food allergies at this location.
Great Great to have the Dunkin donuts in California. Missed it when we moved from Illinois.
Good coffee but they didnt carry the donut i preferred. But i did get to find a new donut that was chocolate filled in the center, wow.
Just bought a dozen mixture of donuts and were horrible they say fresh that's hard to believe. They were super cold as if they had been previously frozen then thawed out, totally disgusting I won't be returning again I prefer other local donuts in town those are actually fresh. Then they were all out of the Boston creme if there were a way to give them a zero I would they don't deserve a 1 but option is not given.
2 of our local shops were closed (labor day) so decided to go to Dunkin Donuts and thankfully they were open. Coffee was good, donuts were right on the spot but new staff made the ordering process a little challenging. Overall very pleased!
